School Accreditation and Support

NCSA is committed to supporting partner schools in becoming fully accredited Christian educational institutions. The Northwest Christian Schools Association (NCSA) accredits Christian schools exclusively, ensuring that each school maintains a clear biblical mission and Christ-centered educational philosophy while also meeting nationally recognized accreditation standards through Cognia.

Through this dual-aligned approach, NCSA helps schools uphold both biblical faithfulness and academic excellence. NCSA provides guidance, training, and ongoing support to help schools meet Cognia performance standards while remaining distinctly Christian in purpose, worldview, and practice.

NCSA partners with respected Christian education organizations—including Northwest Nazarene University (NNU), BJU Press, and the Consortium of Christian Collaborative Schools (CCCS)—to support curriculum quality, professional development, and collaborative growth.

  • Alignment with Cognia accreditation standards and expectations
