Educator Certification Pathway
Training tracks provide a structured, role-specific learning journey designed to develop both professional excellence and ministry-focused leadership. Each multi-week module focuses on a key area—such as biblical foundations, instructional quality, leadership, operations, or strategic growth—blending Christian worldview principles with best practices and practical application. The journey begins by grounding participants in the shared mission and values of Christian education before advancing into specialized role responsibilities.
